Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your hair and products from us! Here’s how our returns work:

✂️ Hair Services

Services (cuts, colouring, treatments, extensions fitting) are non-refundable once completed.

Not happy? Let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right.

🛍️ Products (Shampoo, Conditioner, Styling, Treatments, Hair Extensions etc.)

You can return products within 14 days of receiving them.

Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions or products that have been opened or used.

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange products for another item of the same value, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days.

If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll refund you or offer store credit.

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 14 working days once we’ve received your item.

❌ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 48 hours (with a photo) and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
